딱히 우리나라 저작권법에 걸릴만한 걸 공개로 올려두고 있지는 않다고 생각하고 있었는데....

드라마시디 번역 대본도 법에 저촉될수 있다고 하네요.

니코에서 퍼온 동영상같은것도 원저작자가 제 블로그를 알고 찾아와서 요구하지 않는이상 걸리지야 않겠지만.. 여러모로 꺼림칙하고, 사실 퍼오는게 합법적인건 아닌만큼... 그냥 다 비공개 전환했습니다.

앞으로 아래의 방침에 따라서 비공개/보호공개로 블로그에 포스팅할것 같습니다...
음..들려주시는 분들이 많은건 아니지만;; 그래도 혹시나 하고 올려봅니다.

라디오 번역의 경우 DJCD 출판되지 않은 경우에만 공개로 포스팅하겠습니다.
DJCD 발매 후에는 그 내용이 DJCD에 들어있지 않더라도 보호공개로 전환하겠습니다.
보호 공개 전환시 비번 힌트는 포스트 제목에 적겠습니다.

드라마시디 번역은 우리나라에 정식 수업되는 것도 아니지만, 여튼 번역하는 것도 문제가 된다고 하니 보호 공개를 하도록 하겠습니다.
마찬가지로 비번 힌트는 포스팅시 제목에.

기타 니코에서 퍼온 동영상, 음원 등의 자료는 비공개로 저혼자 보고 놀거나.ㅠㅠ 할테니 아마 포스팅된 걸 보실일은 없을 것 같구요...

특별히 걸릴짓을 대대적으로 하고다니진 않았지만, 그래도 이번 개정 저작권법이 참 씁쓸하네요.
어디까지 가나 보자..싶은 심정입니다.

소비자의 최소한의 향유 권리를 무시한 저작권법이 저작권자에게 과연 얼마나 득이 될까요.
물론 저작권자의 권리는 지켜지는 게 당연하고 불법 근절해야 하는 게 맞는거지만...
그렇다고 향유의 권리를 누릴 수 없다는 게 합리화되는 건 아니죠.

그렇게 외국의 사례를 좋아하시는 분이 왜 저작권법에 대해서만은 이중잣대를 들이대나 모르겠네요.

암튼.. 그냥 조용히 포스팅하며 살렵니다...
